The captain endured an interesting year dealing with criticism in the media, but there’s no doubting his talent as one of the AFL’s most exciting tall defenders. While his intercept marking was down from his All-Australian seasons in 2020 and 2023, Moore still competed in defence, ranking first in one-percenters per game and total one-percenters. If he can get his intercept game going again, the club’s 11th premiership captain may well be their most important player as they push for two flags in three seasons. Enters 2025 aged 29 and is contracted until 2028.
