Aaron Naughton

An agile and athletic tall from Western Australia, Naughton was drafted to the Kennel with Pick 9 in the 2017 AFL Draft. Rated by scouts as the best intercept marker in his draft class, Naughton debuted in Round 1, 2018 and went on to play 18 games as a defender in his first season of senior football. In his second season, Naughton was flipped forward and emerged as one of the game’s rising stars. He slotted a career-best 51 goals from 22 games in 2022 to claim a third-place finish in the Charles Sutton Medal count, and has tallied 226 goals from 143 games across his career so far.
