Poulter became a Bulldog with Pick 10 in the 2023 AFL Mid-Season Rookie Draft. A former Collingwood midfielder, he is an athletic and versatile player with great ball use by foot and solid running capacity. With the ability to play across half-back or on the wing, Poulter adds plenty of run and carry to the Bulldogs’ lineup.
