Recovered from a nasty collarbone injury in the opening match last year to resume his regular place in the backline. But never seemed to completely settle after returning from surgery and failed to recapture the kind of footy that impressed so many in the early part of his career and saw him play a key role in the 2021 flag. A beautiful user of the ball at his best.
