The towering (206cm) Ryan was unable to fully capitalise in 2024 after a promising 2023 campaign.
He dealt with an ankle injury and time spent in the VFL while playing eight times in the senior side as a forward-ruck to support Toby Nankervis.
With plenty of upside the Tigers locked Ryan away for a further three seasons, potentially seeing him as the natural successor to Nankervis down the track.
