Was a huge bright spot in another down year for the Kangaroos. Stepped out of the shadow of Todd Goldstein to become one of the best ruckmen in the AFL. Made his way into the All-Australian squad, and rightly so after playing every game and averaging 18 disposals (13 contested), eight tackles, seven clearances and 35 hit-outs to finish second in the best and fairest. Signed a four-year contract extension last April.
